Payment methods

When placing an order – after clicking the “Confirm order” button – you can choose the payment method that suits you.

• Card payment via the website: Visa and Mastercard (valid only for cards issued in Azerbaijan)
• If you do not have a valid card, write to us, and we will provide you with an alternative way: salam@jeyran.az
• Cash payment to the courier: only within Baku, during delivery via Wolt

Payment security

All online payments are carried out through a certified payment system and are completely secure.

Your card details are not recorded in our system and are not shared with third parties.

Shopping with us is safe and convenient.

Delivery methods

We can send your order via courier service within Baku or via Azerpocht domestically and internationally.

You can choose the delivery method during the checkout process.

Orders are sent only on working days and during working hours.

Delivery within Baku:

• Wolt courier service: when the order is placed before 14:00 – within the same day
• Azerpocht: 2–4 working days

To other regions of Azerbaijan:

• Azerpocht: 3–5 working days

International delivery:

• Azerpocht: 13–25 working days

Returns and exchanges

Since most of our products are made to individual order, we do not accept returns.

However, if the product has a manufacturing defect, we will replace it with the same product free of charge.
